“Michael is an air conditioning engineer. He is not a salesman. He gave me the quote and he and his business partner who is the electrician installed the Panasonic 12.5W split system. I had existing cut outs and vents as I was upgrading from evaporative. He recommended keeping existing vents as my ceiling is old fashioned lathe plaster and I could risk damaging the ceiling. This was the best advise. The 2 of them had a labourer to assist who was very polite and considerate. The thing was installed in a day. As he does not use a salesman on a commission his costs are lower than companies that advertise widely. I have not had a problem and that was in May 2020. I am more than satisfied with the job. Note that I advise to cover all areas below the ceiling cut outs with sheets to catch...“
