This ensures it can withstand the heat from the cooking hob, as well as an exposed gas flame. It also needs to be 200mm from the glass to the flame, or 50mm if it is an electric or induction hob. In terms of the height of your glass splashback, it needs to be 600mm, which is also the standard height of cabinetry.
Glass installations

A glazier will come to your home to measure up properly. Then, the glass is cut to fit perfectly in the factory before being delivered and installed at your place.
