They were replacing some water damage plaster and when I asked them to show me where they thought the water had leaked in so I could silicon the hole later they said they had already siliconed it up (without being asked or required to). They also offered to paint some stain blocker on some other water damaged areas (again without being asked). A definite 10 out of 10.“
