“Jaryd and his team have just completed our new home at Midway Point and we could not recommend him more highly. The work progressed well even under these difficult conditions of trade and material shortages. The workmanship and finishes are of a very high standard. Jaryd was extremely flexible with some extras and amendments we requested along the way and always made us feel that nothing was a problem. And as well as all this, his price was very competitive and our extras bill was more than fair. We can barely believe that everything has gone along so perfectly the entire build. We will not hesitate to engage him again for any additional works we might undertake and recommend him wholeheartedly.“

What do landscape gardeners do?
Landscape gardeners are a hands-on service that work on projects like hard and softscaping, to improve your outdoor areas.
Horticulture
Landscape gardeners will often have expertise in horticulture, or employ a dedicated horticulturist. Horticulture is the science of cultivating gardens with in-depth knowledge of plant selection and care.
A horticulturist can not only help you choose specific plant species for your soft landscaping project, but also advise you on where they should be planted in your garden. They can, for example, help choose drought-tolerant indigenous plants, so you can reduce the amount of water you use in your garden.
Landscape construction
Landscape construction is the nuts and bolts of bringing your landscaping design and plans to life. This includes the hard and softscaping of your project like, installing a swimming pool, paving, irrigation and water features, stonework, retaining walls and much more.
Depending on the size of your job there may be a project manager, who oversees the whole project and landscape construction team. Landscape construction can involve specialised equipment, such as diggers and other earthmoving equipment, for larger projects where excavation is needed.
Landscape design
Landscape gardeners have dedicated landscape designers, or work with a landscape architect to develop the plans for your project.
The landscape design process usually starts with a site visit, and meet and greet to explore what your objectives and budget are. From this an initial concept is shared with you together with a budget. If you accept this, the detailed landscape design plans are produced.
Construction on your landscape design can then begin, and the design brief and plans help guide the project until completion.
Project Management
Landscapers will often have a person to handle the project management for your job, especially if it is a large and complex project that utilises different trades.
The project manager will plan, manage and coordinate all aspects of the project so it all comes together - and acts as the middle person between you and all the trades who work on the job. They will also make sure materials are ordered on time so the job is not delayed, and is completed on time.
